Pita Pizzas

(per person)

1 pita or other flat bread
1/4 cup organic pizza sauce
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
veggie toppings as desired (tomatoes, spinach, banana peppers, pineapple)

Place bread on grill. Heat one side 3 minutes. Flip and top with sauce, cheese, and toppings. Heat until cheese is melted.
